We were delighted to host two outstanding young ladies from RYTS recently - Georgia Barnes and Varsha Raghavan.

As one of Rotary’s many youth programs Rotary Youth Transition Seminar (RYTS) is a launch pad for young people. It is a week-long residential camp aimed at high school leavers to help equip them with helpful life skills for the wider world.

Georgia & Varsha spoke about their experiences attending the RYTS camp in 2019 and how much they enjoyed the lessons they learnt and the friendships they made.

It turned out that the Rotary Club of Salisbury sponsored Georgia to attend RYTS in 2019 and it was special for both Georgia and club members to hear from her experience.

In fact, one of our members even revealed Georgia’s application letter from 2019 to our club!

Georgia and Varsha were so grateful to the Rotary clubs that sponsored them, that they’re committed to giving back to Rotary.
